New for 2021

OUTDOOR WORKOUT ZONE

We've been busy during COVID developing our brand new Outdoor Workout Zone for our members. The Outdoor Workout Zone enables us to run several classes for members during the week and all classes are included for existing members.

To view and book your classes please download the FitSense App. Please note, classes will only be available to book from 12th April.

You can download the Fitsense App from the App Store or the Google Play Store and login to your account.

If you do not currently have an account, please follow the following steps to create your account within the app:

1. Once the app is downloaded, please click on Member Sign in

2. Click on Activate my Account

3. Please enter your Full Name and the email that we have on record here at Bourton Mill

4. Once you have done this, you will be emailed a password to login

Anything goes! High calorie burning workout designed to work the whole body with varied exercises and intensity.

Just Peachy:

Strength and conditioning workout predominantly focusing on sculpting the derrière.

Core Blimey:

A challenging mix of intense, dynamic and stabilising core exercises.

Crank It Up (Group Cycling):

A fun, no impact, high intensity, high calorie burning cardiovascular workout.

Monday Madness:

A fun and challenging full body circuit training class, aiming for full body conditioning.

Mums On The Run:

Perfect timing for after the school run. The multi-tasking never stops with this functional, whole-body workout using a variety of equipment. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. (disclaimer: Dad's and non-parents also welcome)

Senior Circuits:

A functional, circuit-based class focusing on supporting and strengthening the body for activities of daily living.
