Fitness classes provide a great way to vary your workout and try out new forms of exercise while getting to know fellow members. Our new studio will feature a wide range of classes throughout the week, and all of them will be delivered by our friendly, top-class instructors.

Group spin classes, cardio workouts and yoga sessions are just some of the fantastic fitness classes we are able to offer. Suitable for all fitness levels and skillsets. At Bourton Mill, everyone is welcome.
