We run a variety of classes for members throughout the week and all classes are included for members!

Your step by step guide to activating your account:

  1. Download ClubRight app
  2. Input the email address that we currently have on file for you
  3. You will then receive a one time code via email; please enter this code on the ClubRight app
  4. The app will then prompt you to create a password
  5. We strongly recommend that you tick push notifications so that you are kept up to date with future classes & sessions, as this will be the only form of communication we will be using going forward to update you on any classes & sessions
  6. To book into any class, please click on 'Make a Booking'
  7. Once you have found the class on the desired date, please click add to cart, please follow the steps on screen and this will confirm your booking.

Senior Circuits:

A functional, circuit-based class focusing on supporting and strengthening the body for activities of daily living.

Yoga:

Align, strengthen, and increase flexibility, all while integrating simple meditation and breathing techniques.

Pilates:

Build overall strength and flexibility, with a strong focus on strengthening and stabilising the core.

Aqua Aerobics:

A low-impact water workout, using water and equipment for resistance to help tone muscles while increasing endurance and flexibility.
