LUKE’S 10 WEEK PT RESULTS!

You may remember some time ago we announced the winners of our 10-week Personal Training competition. Now, the results are in and we are so proud of our winners who have seen some incredible results in just 10 weeks!

Luke was one of the lucky five who won 10 personal training sessions at Bourton Mill, with our Personal Trainer, Neil! Using a combination of photos and Styku 3D body scans to track progress, Luke has made incredible progress in just 10 weeks!

What an amazing result in just 10 weeks, congratulations Luke! Here’s what Luke had to say about the experience:

Myself and my wife had 10 weeks’ worth of sessions with Neil. Initially, we said we only felt 2 or 3 gym sessions a week was realistic, but following Neil’s expert programme and advice, we found ourselves doing much more, as we could both see the difference it made and had much more focus on the right exercises at the gym than we had before.

Neil’s approach was enthusiastic and friendly, but he also knew how and when to push us to get the maximum out of our sessions. He explained everything really clearly and went above and beyond to check in and help us outside of our sessions. We will definitely look to do some more sessions in the future, I can’t thank Neil enough and I’m really happy with the results.

I was really impressed with Luke’s commitment once we started training together, and this shows in the results we achieved.

We tailored a food plan for Luke to suit his goals and combined that with a workout plan to achieve the best results possible. Luke was are gular in the gym, completing the workouts I’d set for him.

For me, what really helped Luke was that his wife was also training with me. They were both highly motivational and supportive to each other and that helped them achieve what they did.
